Data use
Privacy policy
Josh Wilson operates this private desktop connector for Google accounts he is authorized to access. It is used through local Codex tools. This public website describes the connector; it does not receive Google account data.
Google data accessed
- Gmail read: message search results and selected message content.
- Google Calendar read: calendar lists and selected event details.
- Gmail send: the recipient, subject, and plain-text body of a message Josh specifically authorizes the connector to send.
- Account identity: the connected address is checked so requests use the intended account.
How data is used
The connector uses Google data to answer Josh’s requests, prepare authorized briefings, and send a message only when he directs it to do so. Requested content can be returned to a Codex task for processing. Selected summaries, source links, or evidence may be kept in Josh’s private local context systems. These systems are separate from this public website.
Storage and sharing
OAuth client credentials and per-account tokens are stored in macOS Keychain. The connector calls Google APIs directly. Google data returned to a Codex task is handled by the Codex service under Josh’s account settings and applicable terms. Private local context may retain selected information until Josh removes it. This website does not store, sell, or use Gmail or Calendar data for advertising.
The website is hosted as static pages. Its hosting provider may process ordinary site-request information, such as IP address and request logs, under the provider’s own privacy terms. Those site requests are separate from Google account data used by the local connector.
Control and removal
Josh can stop using the connector, remove its local tokens and saved context, and revoke its Google access from each connected account’s third-party connections settings. A work account may also be subject to its organization’s access rules.
