Josh Local Google Connector

Private desktop integration

Google access for Josh’s local assistant

This connector lets Josh Wilson use authorized Google accounts in local Codex workflows. It can read Gmail and Calendar information and send a plain-text Gmail message when Josh asks it to.

What the connector can do

  • Search and read messages in Gmail using a read-only grant.
  • List calendars and read events using a read-only grant.
  • Send a plain-text Gmail message from the selected account using a separate send grant, only after Josh authorizes that message.

Each connected account is pinned to an expected identity. Read and send permissions are granted separately.

The public site is documentation

The connector runs on Josh’s Mac. Google credentials are stored in macOS Keychain. This website does not run the connector, receive OAuth tokens, or collect Gmail messages or calendar events.

Requested information may be returned to Josh’s Codex task and saved in his private local context systems. The privacy policy explains these flows and how access can be removed.

This is a private tool for authorized accounts. There is no public sign-up or service for visitors.
